Constructive Dialogue Training
Dialogue skills for Jewish professionals making an impact
At a moment when democracy is at a crossroads, the work of engaging across difference is essential to protecting democratic institutions and communal trust. Jewish tradition offers a longstanding framework for this work, shaped by centuries of debate and communal decision-making amid difference.

We are offering two cohorts. Cohort 1 is for New York-based Jewish professionals, while Cohort 2 is for Jewish educators, program staff, or other professionals or strongly involved layleaders/volunteers managing challenging communal conversations
This fully-subsidized training will give you the practical skills for navigating hard conversations, reflecting alongside a small group of Jewish professionals committed to bridge-building. Spots are limited; each cohort can accommodate 20 participants.
Eligible participants will be selected on a first come, first served basis.
